Chardonnay, Iona. Gunn is a first-generation South African. His grandfather was Scottish (hence the name 'Iona'), a member of one of the oldest clans, the Sutherlands, from near Wick. Remarkably, they can trace their ancestry back to the Vikings. He runs Iona together with his wife Rozy, who is an artist.
